We are planning on closing Phase 2 (Carter St. thru Indiana, including the intersection) on August 9, 2021. At this time, the Monroe St, Lockerbie St, and the section of SR42 including White Lick Creek bridge will be opened to LOCAL thru traffic only. The official State detour will remain in place. SR42 will be completely closed from Carter St. to the East side of Indiana St. The Indiana St. intersection will be closed for approx. 30 days. The remaining portion of SR42 from Carter St. to Indiana St. will hopefully be completed in late September.
