In accordance with requirements of Title 327 IAC 15-5, this is to notify interested parties of proposed construction by the Mooresville Redevelopment Commission. The Main Street Reconstruction project includes asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, paver sidewalk & parking, site furnishings, water main, and storm sewer in Morgan County, Town of Mooresville. The project is on Main Street from Monroe Street to Maple Lane in Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 1 East. A Notice of Intent will be filed with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management with the intent to discharge stormwater from construction activities.
