Forms of payment accepted through the mail are Check or Money order.

Payments in the form of Check or Money Order can be placed into the Dropbox located at the Mooresville Government Center, Door #1

Online Bill Payment

In partnership with Invoice Cloud. If there is an error in the Credit Card charge, please contact Invoice Cloud at (877) 256-8330 x2700.

Pay by Phone & Check Your Balance

Balance Inquires & Bill Payment is now available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week at 844-511-2333. You will need your account number.

Pay by Phone convenience fees when using a Credit or Debit Card is $3.00

Pay in Person

Payments in the form of Cash, Check or Money Order are accepted at the Mooresville Government Center, 1st Floor, Room 105

Walk-in Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Ticket Payments and Deadlines

  • Tickets must be paid within 30 days of issuance
  • A $25 late fee will be assessed after 30 days past the due date, allowing an additional 30 days to pay
  • If payment is not received within the extended timeframe, your driver’s license may be suspended
